It’s finally here–Drew Estate’s latest cigar, the BLACKENED Cigars “M81”, has begun shipping to Drew Diplomat Program retailers. Announced back in September and having debuted at Drew Estate’s Kentucky Barn Smoker and Savage Feast events, this cigar is dark, bold and unapologetic. It’s what Drew Estate founder Jonathan Drew, BLACKENED American Whiskey master distiller and blender Rob Dietrich, and Metallica’s James Hatfield are calling the “perfect full-bodied cigar.”
BLACKENED Cigars “M81” by Drew Estate features a thick and oily Maduro wrapper that’s grown in the rich volcanic soils of Mexico’s San Andres Valley, a thick and meaty Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf Maduro binder and a mix of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro tobaccos for the filler, including Drew Estate’s boldest Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero.
BLACKENED Cigars “M81” will be available in four sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 52), Corona Doble (7 x 50), and Corona (5 x 43). The cigars will be presented in a copper-accented black 20-count box. BLACKENED Cigars “M81” will have a suggested retail price that ranges from $9.15 to $10.35 per cigar.
