Black Label Trading Company has announced the upcoming release of Santa Muerte, a new addition to its core line. Like other premium cigar products from Black Label Trading Company, Santa Muerte is handcrafted at the company’s factory, Fabric Oveja Negra, located in Estelí, Nicaragua.
Santa Muerte will have an Ecuador Habano wrapper and binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and San Andrés. It will be available in 20-count boxes in three different sizes: Short Robusto (4 3/4 x 52), Corona Gorda (5 1/2 x 48), and Petite Lancer (6 1/2 x 42).
In a press release, Black Label Trading Co. creator James Brown issued the following statement:
“This is a great addition to our core-line. It was last released in 2018 as a limited release and we have had many requests for its return. We revamped the artwork, giving it a white background with added silver details in a white box. It’s a medium bodied cigar with a Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. It features six filler tobaccos which create a very unique and rich flavor profile. You experience layer upon layer of coffee, malt, spice and cocoa.”
Santa Murete will range in prices from $10.50 to $11.
