It has an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, a luscious Sumatran binder and a mix of Dominican Criollo ’98, Nicaraguan Criollo ’98 and Corojo ’99 tobaccos for its filler. Undercrown Shade has notes of cream and lush hints of vanilla, caramel and pepper that come together to strike a balance between the Nicaraguan tobacco’s earthiness and the silky smoothness of Connecticut Shade.
