Fratello Cigars has announced the launch of The Pennsylvanian, a cigar that will be sold exclusively to retailers in Pennsylvania and will expand Fratello’s state-focused releases.
The Pennsylvanian has a Habano Ecuador wrapper, Dominican binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua. It will be presented as a 6 x 52 medium-bodied cigar with an MSRP of $11 per cigar. It will come in 10-count boxes and will be made at La Aurora Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic. Only 300 boxes of this cigar will be released.
“Pennsylvania has been critical to the success of Fratello from the beginning, and what better way to say “Thank you” to the retailers there than with a blend exclusive to the state,” says Omgar de Frias, owner of Fratello Cigars.
Fratello has been releasing state-exclusive cigars since 2018. DMV, a cigar sold exclusively for D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, was released in 2018. In November 2018, Fratello released the Texan.
